It was easy to assemble and didn’t really give me any trouble. The instructions could’ve been a tiny bit clearer in one spot, but it wasn’t a big deal and I got it done without much hassle.

My box showed up in great shape and was packed super carefully. It wasnt dented or banged up at all, so Im happy with it.

I got this wall light and thankfully it actually looked just like the photos. I didn’t have the patience for a complicated setup, so I was relieved it was quick and easy to install.

I wasn’t totally sure the colors would match what I saw online, but they came out pretty much spot on. The tones fit my room really well, and nothing looked off or overly bright. Definitely happy with how it turned out...

My order from Articture showed up with a small bit of damage, so I had to reach out to support. To be fair, these things can happen during shipping, but the first part of the process felt slow and I wasn’t really sure what was going on.
They did eventually get back to me and sent a replacement, which I do appreciate. I think it’s only fair to give them credit for making it right, but clearer updates and a faster response would’ve made the experience a lot better. Overall, not a bad experience, just not a great one either

The site itself was totally fine and easy to browse, so no real complaints there. But a few of the things I really wanted were out of stock, which was a bit annoying. I ended up choosing something else, and it was okay, but still kind of disappointing. Just feels like the stock info could be a little better.

I was expecting some kind of mix-up because that happens way too often, but nope, everything was exactly what I ordered. No missing pieces, no wrong item, nothing to chase down. Happy it came the way it was supposed to.

It looks decent at first glance, but the material feels thin and cheap for what it costs. I feel like I keep running into this same issue with stuff lately, nice design, but the quality just isn’t there. It’s not terrible, just disappointing and not really what I expected.

I got a wall art piece from Articture, it looks even better in person than I expected. The print is crisp, the colors came out really nice, and the frame feels sturdy instead of flimsy.
It showed up in great condition and doesn’t have that cheap look some online decor can have. I’ve had it hanging for a few weeks now and still love it, so I’d definitely recommend giving them a try.

The reply felt like a real person had read my message too, not one of those generic copy-paste answers. For this kind of order, that made a big difference and took a lot of the stress out of it. I’d be happy to order from them again
